Presentation Description:  

This full-day, in-person CLE program will delve into some of the biggest, most notorious cases in the state of Kansas.  Attendees will hear directly from the players in the various cases, including the prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, appellate, and wrongful conviction attorneys.  They will share the stories and behind scenes information on 5 high-profile cases and share lessons learned that can be put into practice for future cases.  There will also be one credit of ethics regarding civility among lawyers.
