On October 30, 2023, the Kansas First Amendment Foundation, in conjunction with the Kansas State Department of Education, Kansas State University and with grant assistance from the Johnson County First Amendment Foundation, will host the latest installment in its Teaching Constitutional Government Fall 2023 Speaker Series: Shaping the American Experience through Constitutional Challenges.
This will be a one-hour Webinar that is being offered FREE to all FBA chapter members. KS & MO CLE credit applications are pending. This presentation will be given by Dean Lyrissa Lidsky, the Raymond & Miriam Ehrlich Chair in U.S. Constitutional Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Dean Lidsky was formerly the Dean at the University of Missouri School of Law and is well-recognized for her publications and expertise in Constitutional Law.
